What we cannot help with
This site is not Axiom. We have no access to Axiom accounts, wallets, transactions, referral records or support systems. We cannot recover a lost login or recovery phrase, locate a withdrawal, or apply a referral to an account. For anything to do with your Axiom account, use Axiom's own support process, which runs through tickets in its Discord.
Never send us
- Your recovery phrase or private keys
- Your Axiom password or one-time codes
- Screenshots that include any of the above
We will never ask for them, and neither will Axiom. Anyone who does is attempting theft.
