The product is called Axiom. "Axiom Trade" comes from the domain axiom.trade and "Axiom Exchange" from its X handle. They are the same thing.

Check the transaction on Solscan. If it is confirmed, the delay is at the receiving end. If it failed, you probably lacked SOL for fees. See withdrawal pending.

Most often the wallet has no SOL to pay the network fee, or the USDC is on Hyperliquid rather than Solana. See convert SOL and USDC.

A score earned from your trades and your referrals' trades, shown on a leaderboard. Axiom mentions "potential future rewards" without specifying them.

Nothing in Axiom's documentation confirms one. Treat any "claim" site as a scam.
