Getting started
How to withdraw from Axiom Trade
There is no withdrawal queue on Axiom because there is no custodian. Withdrawing means sending SOL or tokens from your Axiom wallet to another Solana address, exactly as you would from Phantom. Axiom documents no withdrawal fee; you pay the network fee. This guide covers withdrawing to an exchange, to another wallet, and what to do if the interface ever will not cooperate.
Before you withdraw
- Sell or convert to SOL or USDC. Those are the assets every destination accepts.
- Close any perps positions and bring Hyperliquid USDC back to Solana, which Axiom says takes about five minutes.
- Keep a little SOL in the wallet to pay for the transfer itself.
Withdrawing to an exchange
Get the exchange's Solana deposit address
In Coinbase, Binance, Kraken or similar, choose Deposit, pick SOL (or USDC on the Solana network), and copy the address. Some exchanges require you to select the Solana network explicitly for USDC.
Send a test amount from Axiom
Open the wallet panel, choose Send or Withdraw, paste the address, and send a small amount. Check the first and last four characters of the address after pasting.
Send the rest once the test arrives
Exchange deposits usually show within a few minutes of on-chain confirmation. Leave 0.01 to 0.02 SOL in Axiom if you plan to trade again.
USDC has several networks. Your Axiom wallet holds Solana (SPL) USDC. Sending it to an Ethereum, Base or Arbitrum USDC address will lose it. If your exchange does not list Solana USDC, convert to SOL first and send SOL instead.
Withdrawing to Phantom or another wallet
Copy your receiving address
In Phantom, Solflare or Backpack, choose Receive on Solana and copy the address.
Send from Axiom
Paste the address into Axiom's Send dialog, test with a small amount, then send the balance.
If you imported your Axiom recovery phrase into Phantom when you signed up, both apps show the same wallet. There is nothing to transfer: your funds are already visible in Phantom.
Withdrawing to a bank account
Axiom has no fiat withdrawal. To turn SOL into dollars, euros or pounds, send it to an exchange that supports bank withdrawals in your country, sell it there, and withdraw the cash through the exchange. The Coinbase on-ramp inside Axiom is buy-only.
The backup route
Because the wallet is non-custodial, you do not need Axiom's interface to move your funds. Axiom's own docs recommend importing your recovery phrase into Phantom, Rabby or Solflare so you have "direct access to your funds under any circumstances". If Axiom's site is down or a withdrawal dialog misbehaves, open the same wallet in one of those apps and send from there. Only type the phrase into a wallet app installed from its official source.
If the withdrawal shows as pending
Paste your Axiom address into Solscan. A confirmed outgoing transfer means the funds have left and any delay is at the receiving end. A failed transaction usually means too little SOL for fees or network congestion. The withdrawal pending page walks through both cases and when to open a support ticket.
Withdrawal FAQ
Does Axiom charge a withdrawal fee?
Axiom's docs list no withdrawal fee. You pay the Solana network fee, plus a 0.1% fee if you are unstaking axiSOL.
Is there a withdrawal limit?
None is documented. On-chain transfers have no platform limit.
How long does an Axiom withdrawal take?
Solana confirms in seconds. Exchange crediting can take minutes. Converting Hyperliquid USDC back to Solana takes about five minutes according to Axiom.
Can I withdraw tokens other than SOL and USDC?
Yes, any SPL token in your wallet can be sent to another Solana address. Exchanges, however, will only credit tokens they list, so sell to SOL first for exchange withdrawals.
