Axiom Trade not working? Start here
Almost every Axiom problem falls into one of four groups: a transaction that fails or lands late, a site that will not load or log you in, money that looks stuck, or a referral that did not apply. Pick the one that matches and the linked page walks through the causes in order of likelihood.

This site has no view of Axiom's servers. If the app will not load for you, check Axiom's X account and the announcements channel in its Discord for outage notices, then try a different network and browser. A page that loads but looks wrong may be a clone; confirm the address bar reads axiom.trade.
Three habits that prevent most tickets
- Keep a buffer of SOL in the wallet at all times. Every transaction, including USDC conversions and sells, is paid for in SOL.
- Use Axiom's recommended priority fee and bribe, and raise them during congestion rather than retrying at the same values.
- Check a transaction on Solscan before assuming anything is lost. The chain is the source of truth, not the interface.
