Help
How to contact Axiom support
Axiom has no support email, phone line or chat widget. Help comes through a private ticket in its official Discord server, and Axiom's docs are blunt about the alternative: disregard direct messages from anyone claiming to be support. This page gives the ticket process as Axiom documents it, what to put in a ticket so it is answered faster, and the scams that appear the moment you ask for help in public.
Nobody from Axiom will message you first. Anyone who does, on Discord, Telegram, X or email, is trying to get your recovery phrase or send you to a drainer site. Do not reply, do not click, do not "verify".
The ticket process
Join the official Discord
Axiom's support page links to discord.gg/axiomtrade. Create a Discord account if you need one, then join.
Verify
Click the verification emoji to prove you are not a bot. Axiom requires this before you can see the server.
Ignore direct messages
Axiom recommends turning off DMs from server members: right-click the server icon, open Privacy Settings, and switch Direct Messages off.
Open the "tickets" channel
It is at the top of the channel list. Follow the instructions there to create a ticket.
Open your private ticket channel
A new channel appears in the left sidebar. That is where you talk to the team.
Describe the problem and wait
Axiom asks for detailed, accurate information and patience. Replies can take time.
What to include in a ticket
- Your wallet address (never the recovery phrase or password).
- The transaction signature from Solscan if the problem is a specific trade or transfer.
- The exact error message, and the time it happened.
- Your settings at the time: slippage, priority fee, bribe, MEV mode.
- What you have already tried, for example raising the priority fee or checking Solscan.
Half of ticket volume is answered by this site's help section before a ticket is needed, in particular transaction failed and withdrawal pending.
What support can and cannot do
| Can | Cannot |
|---|---|
| Investigate interface bugs and balance display issues | Reverse a confirmed Solana transaction |
| Look into a Hyperliquid conversion that did not arrive | Recover a lost recovery phrase |
| Explain referral and reward status | Add a referral to an existing account |
| Confirm whether a problem is platform-wide | Refund trading losses or failed-trade network fees |
Impersonation scams, and how to recognise them
- The helpful DM. Minutes after you post in a public channel, a "mod" or "support agent" messages you. Real support never does.
- The sync link. A page where you "connect" or "sync" your wallet to fix the problem, which asks for the recovery phrase. No fix needs your phrase.
- The fake ticket form. A link to a form outside Discord that asks for your phrase or private key.
- The lookalike server. An invite to a Discord that looks like Axiom's but is not the link in Axiom's docs.
If you have given your phrase to any of these, assume the wallet is compromised. Create a new wallet, move what remains immediately, and read is Axiom safe? before continuing.
Support FAQ
Does Axiom have a support email?
Not in its documentation. Support is Discord tickets only.
How long does Axiom support take?
Axiom does not publish a response time and asks for patience. Slow replies are a common complaint in user reviews.
Can Axiom support recover my account?
If you lost your login method but have your recovery phrase, you do not need them: import the phrase into another wallet. If you lost both, there is no documented recovery.
Is the Axiom Telegram group official?
Axiom's docs point to Discord for support and X for announcements. Treat any Telegram group offering Axiom support as unofficial.
