Axiom login problems and how to fix them
The only place to log in to Axiom is axiom.trade, with the email, Google account or Phantom wallet you registered with. When that fails, the cause is usually the browser, a network tool, or a lost credential, and each has a fix. When it cannot be fixed, your funds are still reachable with the recovery phrase, which is the point of a non-custodial wallet.
No genuine Axiom login asks for your recovery phrase. If a page you reached from a search ad or a message wants your 12 or 24 words to "verify", "sync" or "restore", it is a phishing site. Close it. See is Axiom safe?
Site will not load or Cloudflare loops
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare check repeats forever | VPN, privacy extension or unusual network fingerprint | Disable VPN and aggressive blockers, try another browser or network |
| Blank or half-loaded page | In-app browser inside X, Telegram or Discord | Copy the link into Safari, Chrome, Brave or Firefox |
| Page looks slightly wrong or asks odd questions | You are on a clone | Check the address bar reads exactly axiom.trade |
| Everything loads but nothing responds | Axiom outage | Check Axiom's X account and Discord announcements; wait |
Can't sign in
Request the one-time code again and check spam. Email aliases and forwarding services sometimes rewrite or delay codes; use the original address. If you have forgotten the password you set after the code, use the reset flow on the login page.
Make sure you are signed into the same Google account in the browser. If that account is locked, recover it with Google first; Axiom cannot bypass Google's login.
Phantom
Open axiom.trade from Phantom's in-app browser on mobile, or with the Phantom extension unlocked on desktop. If you have replaced your Phantom wallet, you need the one originally used to sign up.
Lost the credential entirely
If the email account, Google account or Phantom wallet you signed up with is gone, you may not be able to open the Axiom interface. Your funds are not gone. Axiom shows your recovery phrase at sign-up and in settings, and recommends importing it into Phantom, Rabby or Solflare. Import it into one of those wallets and you have full control of the same on-chain funds without Axiom's login. If you never saved the phrase and have lost the login, open a support ticket; be prepared for the answer to be that nobody can recover it.
Keeping it from happening again
- Bookmark https://axiom.trade and log in only from the bookmark.
- Turn on two-factor authentication on the email or Google account behind your Axiom login.
- Keep the recovery phrase on paper and confirm, once, that it opens the wallet in Phantom or Solflare.
- Use a password manager for the Axiom password.
Login FAQ
What is the official Axiom Trade login address?
https://axiom.trade. Any other address, including this site, is not Axiom's login.
Can Axiom reset my recovery phrase?
No. The phrase is generated for your wallet and shown to you. Axiom's docs tell you to save it because it cannot be regenerated.
Why does Axiom keep showing a Cloudflare check?
Axiom sits behind Cloudflare's bot protection. VPNs, privacy extensions and in-app browsers trigger it repeatedly. Use a normal browser without them.
Can I log in on two devices?
Yes. The account and wallet are the same on every device. See Axiom on mobile.
