Axiom withdrawal pending or stuck
Because Axiom's wallet is on-chain, a withdrawal is a Solana transaction and Solana is the source of truth about it. If the transfer is confirmed on Solscan, the funds have left your wallet and any delay is at the receiving exchange. If it failed, the usual reason is too little SOL for the fee. If it never appears, it was never sent and you can retry. This page walks through each case.
Step 1: look it up on Solscan
Copy your Axiom wallet address
From the wallet panel at the top right.
Paste it into solscan.io
The transaction list shows every transfer in and out, newest first.
Find the withdrawal and read its status
Success, Failed, or absent. Each has a different next step.
Step 2: act on what you see
| Solscan shows | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Success, to the address you entered | The funds left your Axiom wallet and arrived at the destination address on-chain | Wait for the exchange to credit it; check their deposit page and status. Contact the exchange, not Axiom, if it stays missing |
| Success, to a different address | You pasted the wrong address | On-chain transfers cannot be reversed. If it went to an exchange you use, contact them; otherwise the funds are gone |
| Failed, "insufficient lamports" or similar | Not enough SOL for the network fee | Deposit a small amount of SOL and resend |
| Failed, other reason | Congestion or an expired transaction | Raise the priority fee in settings and resend |
| Nothing at all | The transaction was never broadcast | Refresh Axiom, confirm your balance is unchanged, and retry |
Perps USDC taking a while
Converting USDC from Hyperliquid back to Solana is not an instant transfer. Axiom's docs say the USDC arrives after about five minutes. If it is well past that, check that the conversion completed on the Hyperliquid side in your perps portfolio, then look for the incoming USDC on Solscan. Details in convert SOL and USDC.
Exchange-side delays
Exchanges credit Solana deposits after their own confirmation count and sometimes hold them for review. Memo or tag requirements are rare for SOL but exist for some exchanges' USDC deposits; a missing memo is the most common reason a confirmed transfer sits uncredited. The exchange's support can locate a confirmed transaction by its signature, which Solscan shows.
Using the backup route
If Axiom's interface will not let you send at all, you do not need it. Import your recovery phrase into Phantom, Rabby or Solflare, as Axiom's own docs recommend, and send from there. The funds are the same on-chain balance. Steps are in how to withdraw.
When to open a ticket
If Solscan shows a successful transfer and the destination has confirmed receipt, there is nothing for Axiom to fix. Open a ticket in Axiom's Discord if the interface shows a balance that does not match the chain, or if a conversion from Hyperliquid has not arrived long after the stated five minutes. Follow the process in contacting support, and ignore anyone who messages you first offering to "unlock" the withdrawal.
Withdrawal FAQ
How long does an Axiom withdrawal take?
Solana confirms in seconds. Exchange crediting can take minutes. Hyperliquid USDC conversions take about five minutes according to Axiom.
Can Axiom cancel or reverse a withdrawal?
No. Once a Solana transaction is confirmed it is final. Only a failed or never-sent transaction can be retried.
Why did my withdrawal fail with plenty of USDC in the wallet?
Fees are paid in SOL. A wallet with USDC and no SOL cannot send anything. Deposit a little SOL.
Is there a withdrawal fee?
Axiom documents none. You pay the Solana network fee. Unstaking axiSOL carries a 0.1% fee.
