How to sign up for Axiom Trade
Creating an Axiom account takes five minutes and needs no identity documents. You choose a sign-up method, secure a recovery phrase, and deposit SOL. The one thing to decide before you start is whether to use a referral link, because Axiom's 10% fee discount can only be attached at this moment.
What you need
- A desktop or mobile browser (not the in-app browser inside X, Telegram or Discord)
- An email address, a Google account, or a Phantom wallet
- Pen and paper for the recovery phrase
- Some SOL, or a card for the Coinbase on-ramp
Step-by-step
Open the sign-up link
Go to axiom.trade/@thanks. The @thanks part attaches referral code THANKS, which gives the account 10% off trading fees. If you would rather not use a referral, go to axiom.trade directly; everything else is identical. Either way, confirm the address bar reads axiom.trade after the Cloudflare check.
Click Sign up and choose a method
Axiom's docs list three options: email, Google, or Phantom. Email is the most portable. Google is quickest. Phantom links your existing wallet as the login identity.
Enter the one-time code (email only)
Axiom sends a code to your inbox. Enter it, then create a password. Use a password manager; this password protects the interface to your funds.
Write down the recovery phrase
Axiom shows the seed phrase for your new wallet so that you can recover it at any time. Write it on paper in order, read it back, and store it away from your computer. Axiom's docs say never to share it with anyone, and no legitimate Axiom screen will ask for it to "verify" you.
Import the phrase into a second wallet
Axiom recommends importing the phrase into a standard wallet such as Phantom, Rabby or Solflare. This gives you a second door to the same on-chain funds if Axiom's site is ever unavailable. Do this once, from a wallet app installed from its official source.
Add money
Deposit SOL to the wallet address shown, or use the Buy button, which runs through Coinbase and is documented at up to $500 a week without KYC. Start with a small amount. Full options are in how to deposit.
After you are in
- Bookmark https://axiom.trade and use the bookmark to return. Search ads for "axiom login" are a known phishing route.
- Turn on two-factor authentication on the email or Google account you used.
- Open settings and check slippage, priority fee, bribe and MEV mode before your first trade. See settings explained.
- Read what a trade costs so the first one is not a surprise.
Sign-up problems

Sign-up FAQ
Does Axiom require KYC?
No identity verification is required for normal use of the terminal. Only the Coinbase on-ramp has a documented limit, $500 a week without KYC.
Can I sign up with an existing Phantom wallet?
Yes, Phantom is one of the three sign-up methods. Axiom still creates its own managed wallet for trading; Phantom acts as your login.
Can I have more than one Axiom account?
Axiom's docs do not address it. You can run multiple wallets inside one account with multi-wallet, which is the intended way to separate strategies.
Is it safe to import my Axiom phrase into Phantom?
Axiom recommends it. Only do it in a wallet app installed from the official store or site, never in a website that asks for the phrase.
